Ok i’m 8 weeks pregnant and literally no mather what I eat about 30 mins later i get so hungry again that it hurts. I feel starving. I’m drinking water.. I just don’t understand what’s going on. Im in PAIN. What’s wrong with me??

This has been me the past week ontop of food adversions because of SEVERE consistent nausea. But the baby's all worth it in the end.

You should probably eat more, try to stick with food that’s ‘clean eating’ full of good protein to keep you fuller for longer.
What helped me was eating 6 small meals per day, usually 2-3hrs apart.

Yep that’s pregnancy for you! Literally right after I eat a meal I feel as if I didn’t even eat anything it was so frustrating.

Very common unfortunately. What I found that helped me was eating hearty meals 3 or 4 times a day (like meals) and snacking on dense foods throughout the day. As in beef jerky or hard boiled eggs. For me, fruits and starches would leave me hungry almost immediately. Good luck mama, hope I could help.
