What to do to stay occupied during the TWW?
I had a miscarriage in October which would have been our 3rd baby and I was devastated. I never had a hard time getting pregnant (this is not to be insensitive by any means) I tracked my bbt and always had good luck. Never had to worry about the TWW or testing constantly. Since our miscarriage I guess I foolishly though my body would bounce right back and we’d get pregnant right away again, but this hasn’t been the case. This is our 2nd month trying and I have driven myself crazy. Tracking, and than testing like crazy sometimes 2 times a day starting WAY too early (6-7dpos). In my head I know it’s going to be negative and I need to be patient but idk how to chill out! The money on the FRER’s I’ve spent and the constant testing is borderline OCD and I have no clue where this is coming from. What do you all do to relax and just let nature do its thing? You’d think I’d be a pro at this but I’m a total nut 😫 Help!
