help he loves me but doesn’t want to marry me

Help!!! I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years and I feel like it’s not the time to get married.(I want to finish school first) But I do like to talk about our future plans which include marriage. Long story short he tells me that he loves me but doesn’t see himself marrying me.. I have no idea how to take this. I love him to death and up to this point I have always known he was the one. Now I’m just lost and confused. So the real question is should I stay with him and see if he changes his mind or do I give up and leave????
