Is this tonsil stones or puss pockets?

Okay let me preface with I'm going to the Doc tomorrow, so don't worry about that. With that out of the way I found these on my tonsils today, my throat is killing me, but again, could just be a sore throat. I think it's strep, but what do y'all think?

Judging by the fact that your tonsils and pillars are pretty red, I’d say that those are the little white blobs that pop up when you have a bacterial infection. I tried to zoom in and get a better look at them and try and make out if they were tonsil stones instead, but it looks more like a bacterial infection to me (in my experience, tonsil stones seem to protrude out from the tissue more). Glad you have an appointment with your doctor tomorrow, give us an update when you find out what’s up. Hope you feel better soon. :)
