Terrible Cold- suggestions?

I have a terrible cold w/ the usual symptoms: sore throat, wheezy chest when breathing , runny nose , cough, headache. Any safe remedies? Or do I just need to tough it out... I really don’t want that answer 😫

Hot water, honey & freshly squeezed lemon for the sore throat. 
Maybe try to make chicken soup? One where you throw it in a pot and walk away for a bit? Come back & shred the chicken and eat. I feel that homemade soup tastes better then store bought

Cold Calm, Vaporizer/Humidifier, Vitamin D and C, and Gypsy Cold Care tea is my go too. Provides relief while being safe for baby. 
I’m sick too. 24 weeks.

Alka seltzer for cold works great for cold symptoms. Better than other cold meds that I think don’t work well
