CMV freaking out help 😖😖

I know I’m CMV negative because the last 2 years blood bank has been hitting me up for donations because they tested me CMV negative. I’m 2 months pregnant after IVF and after reading an article I had my husband tested and he is CMV igg positive so it means he has the antibodies but no active virus.

Now I am insanely confused because the more I am reading the more serious it sounds. How come mind if my doctors bothered mentioning this and what is going to happen to me 😔
