Belly dropping?

Ladies,
I'm a FTM and wondering if my stomach has dropped.
I have been losing my mucus plug since Thursday.
Since last night I have been having a lot of pelvic pressure.
Been having menstrual like cramps and having to use the washroom (some what lose stools)
Currently 39w3d
