I’m too tired and confused to even try to understand my results right now , is it saying I have GD or am I good ?

you failed. sorry mama. good news it's the diet isn't horrible. just cut out white breads, pasta and rice now. up your protein. Google GD meal plans until your Dr calls to set you up with a dietician.

Ask your doctor but just by reading what it says it looks like you might. It is saying if two of the results meet or exceed the limit then you have GD. Two of your tests exceed the limit. That’s just how I’m interpreting it. But I’m not a doctor.
