I've just started giving veggie purees to my baby and was told to only give one veg or fruit at a time until they are used to the taste and to identify allergies. so far she's had carrots for 6 days straight, thats how long it took her to get used to her first taste of food. and now she's having carrots and broccoli at diff times of the day. (I know she's not allergic to carrots now and broccoli being the new taste). so was going to introduce peas after 3 days of having broccoli if all is well. if I continue to go through all the veggies and fruits like this it will take me ages? is this right or I am I being too strict?
