IUD anxiety- need success stories!

Hi everyone! I’m interested in getting the new Kyleena IUD since it lasts longer (5 yrs) and is one of the smaller IUDs. I had a Paragard before but it was too big for me which is why the doctor suggested against Mirena. Has anyone had a success story with it? I’m getting really anxious since a looot of reviews online are negative. I’ve never had hormonal bc before so I don’t know if it will affect my acne or sex drive or depression/anxiety/moods whatever, but I have had pretty heavy periods all my life and would love a long term period reducer effective birth control!
