What I eat😋
Ok well first off I found out about a month ago that I have to be pescatarian since meat makes me sick all except for fish & turkey. Even before I knew that I was still on a diet but now that I can’t eat meat ,which is extremely hard for me because before I couldn’t go a day without eating meat, I think it’s really gonna help my health out a lot. What I’m currently trying to eat is little if no grains then no red meat also. The diet I was doing before is called the Wheat Belly Diet. It has been known to cure health problems, y’all should look into it, it’s pretty scary what they put in wheat these days. Anyways, trying to find recipes without wheat is so freaking difficult. Eventually you get better and learn to take recipes with wheat and make substitutions. Like cauliflower, it can be used instead of mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, you can even make cauliflower bread sticks ( I haven’t tried that one yet but it looks so good ). Also I have a brain tumor and I’ve read that grains practically just feed it, so being on the Wheat diet could shrink it. People have been cured from type 1 diabetes from being on this diet and have their tumor be gone from this diet. Again it’s different with everyone... but it’s worth trying 😉.
