How soon is too soon?

I personally feel like no one is ever 100% prepared for a baby, yes logically certain situations are more ideal for bringing a child into the world. I am not trying to sound ignorant. My question is, is there a time limit in which baby talk should start between a couple? (Not including religious views). How long were you and your significant other together before you knew you wanted a baby together?

I told him on our 3rd date that I was not interested in having biological children or getting married. I think it's a deal breaker for a lot of people, and should be a discussion at the beginning of a relationship

I think as long as the baby will be brought  up without a shred of harm in a loving and supportive home that’s all that matters.

I think it’s something that should be discussed early, so both people know where each other stands. Beautiful relationships have fallen apart because one person wants kids and the other doesn’t, if you can avoid that by having that conversation at the start then you should.

I think if the relationship is serious, you should have that conversation. Relationships have ended because one wanted a family and another didn’t. It’s a serious conversation that people should have.

We actually started discussing at 6 months of dating😂 we had been married 2.5 years before our 1st was born. Just had our 3rd last week.

During dating it needs to be discussed if they want kids.
If I want kids and my so doesn’t then why even waste my time?
Talk about it before marriage so you understand the wants and needs.

Probably about 3 months into the relationship. we were engaged at 8 months together and married a year later so we moved quickly lol. 7 years together and 3 kids now.

I do think some people are prepared for having children. My sister was with her husband since 15 got married at 20 had first kid at 25 and second at 27. She was completely ready, her husband is a video game designer and they built two homes from the ground. And owned a farm as well. 
As for me. I tell someone before becoming officially a couple I wanted kids in the next few years.... as for my SO he told me he wanted kids the year after and started asking me for a baby within a few months. I wasn’t ready and want to be with my partner longer than the pregnancy time. 🤦🏼‍♀️ you don’t fully know someone that short and I wasn’t about to give someone my whole life before I know them better.

We discussed if we wanted kids pretty early on.. probably within 2-3 months of dating it came up naturally that we both wanted children. I feel like some key things (interest in marriage, children, religion, politics, etc) are good to talk about in general terms pretty early on so if there are any deal breakers you don’t have to get more invested in someone you ultimately are not compatible with.
When we were more serious about it definitely feeling long term is when we got into more details.. like what kind of parents we would be, where we wanted to live, careers goals for long term, and other expectations.. 
And then we got engaged, got pregnant (surprise!), had our daughter, and were married two months later.. so sometimes plans just happen to you

We had been dating for three months when he told me he wanted to be the mother of his kids. The month after we got married it was discovered that it might be hard for me to have children so we decided to not prevent pregnancy. He always wanted kids (still does and this is #3!) so its something he made me very aware of from day 1. I always wanted to be a mom, so it worked out well
