Hey guys, this is super unrelated but I’ve been experiencing some scary things lately. 2 nights ago, I experienced sleep paralysis, sort of. I was trying to scream but nothing would come out. Last night, I was hearing papers move but I ignored it thinking maybe it was the ac since we had it on , although the vent is on the opposite side from where I was hearing these noises. Then, when the ac turned off, I heard shuffling of something that could’ve been made out of carton & it sounded like it was on my floor at the foot of my bed. I tried to shrug it off but I was scared. I texted my friend & told him about it (mind you, this was happening around 1 AM). I called him to try and ignore but it did not stop until he jokingly started singing a church song.

He was talking and I was responding by text. Idk what to do.. help?

I said I should do a cleansing with Sage but idk where to get that, how to do it or anything!

Any ideas of what it could be or how to get rid of it?

Also, could it be that I attracted something since I’m always watching this YouTuber who talks a lot about paranormal things and then I talk about it to my Bestfriend
