So first of this isnt a New year's resolution kind of feeling

I am just so tired of feeling sleepless, tired, irritated, upset, mad, emotional all together

I'm only to blame for that, my poor health decisions

My diet, my routine, my physical activities, I feel I am not listening to what my body needs and i dont want to just feed it things i don't need

I want to learn to listen to my body and nuture it

I find this hard because I work 13hrs daily, I don't feel I have time

I am in a commited long distance relationship with an amazing guy that has been patient with each other, my poor habits affect my emotional state thus affecting my relationship

I am a person that needs guidlines, ideas, tips, things in that nature

So if anyone has any advice, anything would be helpful at this point

I don't want to go to a doctor nor a therapist, I personally feel that is a waste of my time and money, some people just don't care about their patients and more than likely they'll just give me some bull or that everything is "fine" and that I'm healthy

I need real advice from real live people, going through the same if not similar situations

I want to add that I am wanting to save as much as possible and frankly sometimes it feels i am spending just as much when buying groceries and when I just grab a bite at a fast food place
