Can I ski at 11 weeks pregnant?

Before I found out I was pregnant I had already booked a 4 day family skiing holiday. I have only been once before but have been on the indoor slopes recently and I believe I am competent enough not to fall over. What would you do? Thanks

I would say no. Competency has nothing to do with it. Even the most elite fall and hurt themselves. The risk isn’t worth it

I had a ski trip booked for my bday the weekend of January 19-21st, I called and canceled yesterday 😂, but hey i rather have a healthy baby 8 months from now 🌈👶🏾

I would say no, get some hot cocoa and read a good book while the family hits the slopes! A few days doesn’t seem worth the risk to me.

I'd check with your dr. If your not very experienced I probably wouldn't. I fall a lot skiing and used to work at a hill 😧
