Is it okay to read OPK ovulation strips after the 5 min mark?

Weird question but it seems like my OPKs get darker after the 5 mins mark on the LH line. I’ve noticed that some people keep them to show progression....does that mean they are still valid? Here is an example from mine today. The one that has been sitting for a while is crisp and clear. The one that was taken within the 5 min mark still has a hue of pink (assuming that’s dye) am I holding it in my pee cup for too long? The LH surge line isn’t as dark either. The second picture shows both OPKs after the 5 min mark. This is my first month doing OPKs consistently and I’m so worried I won’t catch my surge! Thanks for any help ladies!
