Breakouts in 3rd Trimester

I am currently 32+6. I don't think this would make sense to sum and I'm trying to figure it out myself. A couple of days ago I had a couple of bumps pop up on my right arm, sum really itchy bumps. I woke up yesterday morning and my bottom lip was swollen. I don't want to scratch and spread it but it really itches. I called da Dr's office and they told me to take benadryl and see if it take care of da problem. I'm trying to figure out how am I getting bitten by "mosquitoes" in da 20° weather dat we have been having🤔 and just tonite I'm noticing dat something has popped up on my leg. Has this happened to anyone else? I will call my Dr tomorrow and see wat we can do next. If anyone has experienced this can yu plz give me sum insight. Edit: I haven't changed my soap or laundry detergent or anything.
