Question for moms who know sex of 2nd baby

I’m 9 weeks pregnant with my second and feel way more nauseous and tired than I was with my first who is a boy. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m having a girl this time. Did you feel different with your pregnancies and if so, are the babies different sexes?
