Hi lovelies! Sorry for tmi but I’m curious, I am 15 weeks pregnant and whenever I wipe the tissue is stained yellow/orange. Never had this before I was pregnant, and I believe I am drinking enough, urine has been tested and don’t have an infection. Discharge is slightly yellow, but mostly white and isn’t smelly or anything. Any idea what it could be? I only worry because of the baby🙄
