My doctor advised that I have an ultrasound appointment at 6 weeks, when I went in they could rule out an ectopic pregnancy, but the dr said she saw what might be the beginning of a gestational sac, so we are following up with blood tests to monitor hcg, and an ultrasound in 10 days, because a blighted ovum isn't ruled out. I'm non stop anxious, rationally I understand the difficulty in exact dating what might show up on an ultrasound, but emotional.... I'm sure you can guess. Any simplistic experiences?
