CD7 Possible ovulation?
AF started on 29th Dec for 4 days. Today I am having cramps and now I’ve thought about it I’m sure I had similar cramps just a few days after last AF. Could it be early ovulation? I was on pill for over 10 years and stopped in Sep so perhaps body is adjusting?
