Debating on if I need to go to an OBGYN ER that is an hour away or if I can go to my regular ER. I’m cramping really bad. I can’t move without a cramp coming. I’m spotting a little. I have been throwing up bile every hour. It is bright green. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and have had 3 prior miscarriages. So I’m not sure which one to go to. At the OBGYN one they only have OBGYN and midwives working unlike the regular ER where it is just doctors and nurse practitioner. What do I do?
