Pcos and ttc

I am getting frustrated and really depressed. I have been off bc for 7 months and ttc. I went in after month three bc I was having symptoms and pcos runs in my family. Was told I have pcos and only one ovary ovulates sometimes. I have been trying to test my ovulations the past four months and I think I maybe ovulated once. I am taking metformin but not sure what else to do. I can’t talk to my dr about infertility until the year mark. Maybe I’m just needing to vent but not sure what else to do.
