so me and my SO have been together 7 months, and we haven't really kissed more than just small pecks every once in a blue moon... I really wanna take things farther but Idk exactly how to initiate that conversation without sounding like I wanna rush things or make him feel pressured to do something he may not be ready for. this is both of our first serious(ish) relationship. (we are 14/15) and so I dont wanna rush things... Idk what this is lol kinda a rant, but

do you guys think its normal that we haven't done more than kissed for like half a second?

also, how do I bring up that I want to go farther in our relationship?
