Should I try

I like this guy but he likes my friends best friend. he's smart funny and has a dimple and I'm a sucker for dimples. every once in a while I get the guys to talk tok him but it goes normally bit every once in a while when we're alone I say something flirty and he just smiles and looks down should I give it a shot? or what should I do please help.
