Help I’m lost!
So I just started charting this month and I was wondering how to tell when you ovulated. Yesterday I was at 96.93 and then I just took my temp this morning and it’s 97.73 I’m just a bit confused by all of this. I haven’t started using opks yet either just temping. Thanks for any help! Oh I’m also on CD14 if that helps
