I’m I crazy???

So exactly a week ago I found out I was pregnant, I’m barely 5 weeks. I’m I being dramatic or is it possible for me to start feeling all the symptoms already? Like my back has been killing me, peeing a lot more, eating a lot more. 
Is it all just in my head??

Normal, a lot of women realize they are pregnant at 5 weeks because sometimes the symptoms start then. Welcome to motherhood 😬

I knew I was pregnant with my second due to the back pain.  It is totally normal and you definitely aren’t crazy

5 weeks is when it started for me! I didn't even find out until 5 weeks and that's when all my symptoms appeared

I am 5wks today and have been peeing a lot more as well and breasts very sore! I also have been having lots of cramping  (which scares me but they say is normal?)
