Hi ladies I was wondering about how often and for how many minutes should a padsicle be worn I want to estimate how many I should make. Also how far in advance did you make yours? Thank you in advance!

Thank you ladies I will take everything you said into consideration. I am planning a hospital tour so I will ask about their postpartum care and decide from there. Five years ago I didn’t receive anything ice packs or tucks, but I did get the squirt bottle mesh panties and maternity pads as well as a solution to mix with water for squirt bottle.
