Any success using progesterone cream? Both pre-conception and while pregnant?

I’m currently using progesterone cream and I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow. I started using it like 5 dpo? So far so good. Fingers crossed that it helps me because this is my rainbow baby after 3 miscarriages and a stillborn.

Following. Just started the cream this cycle, just curious if anyone has experienced any spotting ? Currently 7 DPO, and last night  when I pulled the applicator out there was a pink discharge at the tip.

I used it and I’m now 6 and a half weeks pregnant after over 2 years ttc. My doctor switched me to progesterone pills a few days ago to keep my levels up.
