I'm 36.had first pregnancy a year ago in Feb n miscarried in April at about seven weeks with blighted ovum.now ttc again for the last six months but no success.i get no ewcm no sex drive n perhaps no ovulation by the time.did a round of femara as well but in vain.i m desperately ttc as I have no baby n losing hope with every day as if I'll never have one.anyone here please help me what to do n give me hope.
