2 peak readings in 1 week?

I have been using Clearblue Easy Advanced opk this cycle. I started testing on cycle day 8 - low, cycle day 9 - high, cycle day 10 - peak. We BD 3 times in this time frame. I decided to use the rest of the test strips because... what the hell? Well, once the peak smiley was gone, I tested again. Cycle day 12 - low, cycle day 13 - peak again???

I have had a 27-28 day cycle over the past 6 months of charting. I don’t temp as of yet, but I have regular periods so I am assuming I do ovulate most of the time around cycle day 14, which would go along with the second peak reading.

However, I had EWCM with the first peak and is now sticky, light CM. We have been using preseed. We did BD last night and plan to tonight as well just to cover the bases of “what if.”

My question is, why would it show peak twice in one cycle? Has anyone had this same issue? Thank you in advance!
