Not a UTI so what is it??

Okay I don't know how helpful this will be since y'all aren't doctor's but you might know or have experience (I don't mean that to be offencive) some back story I've never had a UTI until last year around September I went to the doctor and got it taken care of since then I've been avoiding having another. But around thanksgiving I notice Uti symptoms such as frequent urination and unemptyed bladder so I went to the doctor and he said I had blood in my urine and gave me antibiotics well it didn't work and a couple days ago I went again because I didn't have the money to go earlier. He said I still had blood, and that there were white blood cells, red blood cells and bacteria so he gave me a different antibiotic. I got a call today that it came back negative for a uti and to stop taking the antibiotics when I asked what it could be the lady replied "well I wasn't there but he left a note saying it was negative and to stop taking the antibiotics and that if the symptoms continue to come back" I said thank you and now I've just been crying because I feel scaried and confused because I don't know what's going on with my body.

Id like to add that it's not an std which he asked about because uti symptoms can be a sign for that but I've been with same man for 2 years and he hasn't cheated.

So idk if y'all will have the answer but it doesn't hurt to ask. Anything helps:) thank you lady's

Also I'm not on birth control, my boyfriend and I use condoms. Which we've used the whole 2 years
