I will be 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow and everything has been going smoothly with this pregnancy until today when I started bleeding. The bleeding started out bright red and now is getting more dark pinkish/brown. I have a history of 3 miscarriages so of course I'm right away thinking the worst. We just had an ultrasound one week ago and everything was fine, a strong heartbeat was identified. My ultrasound did show an implantation bleed by my uterus- could this be that coming out?? Someone please help my fears and tell me you've had a similar situation where it turned out ok!!!
