Depression??
Ok so hi, this is my first actual post on here, so I don't know exactly what to write. But i need some help? I feel as tho I have serious depression, like I haven't been tested for it or anything, but like, it doesn't matter what im doing, whether im with friends or family, having a good time or not, I don't FEEL anything? like most of the time when im laughing, i don't actually feel happy? And when i do actually feel something, its usually sadness or anger, i was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks on how to make things "better"? If you do, it would be much appreciated..
