One on my right arm and one by my left elbow. Looks like dry skin around the out side. Anyone know what it is or how to get rid of.

I agree that it looks like an eczema spot. I get a couple of them every winter but they go away.

I have something that kinda looks that that. Mines just eczema from when my skin gets dry or when it gets really cold outside
