Please help!!

I am on my first pack of birth control, when me and my boyfriend have sex he always pulls out but on my 9th day of the pull he came inside. Then he came inside again on the 15th day of the pill. I was three days from my placebo pills and I had a pinkish discharge with a small red blot clot. I took two pregnancy tests thinking it was implantation bleeding because of course my brain leads me to the worst conclusions. They both were negative. Has anyone experienced that on the pill? I’m scared to death that it was implantation. I have taken my combination pill every day at the same time and no antibiotics have interfered with it. Should I be worried?
