Belly bands?

Anyone familiar or have any experience on wearing a belly band after birth to help with your belly?

Answer

Yes - I bought one for my first and will be using it for this pregnancy! I wasn’t too worried about “regaining my shape”, it was more about the support for my abs coming back together. I loved it, only wore it for about 2 weeks but worth the investment!
Everything feels sort of loose and wobbly, or not in the right place in the early days after birth, it’s a nice bit of comfort.
