Anxiety
Ugh, need some help. I suffer from GAD (sometimes severely). I was 100% fine when I was pregnant with my son, but suffered horribly with PPD and post partum anxiety. I got better, and now I’m pregnant again and my anxiety is pretty bad this time. I have this horrible impending doom feeling and lots of physical symptoms of anxiety. I’m trying to keep myself calm because I know it isn’t good for the baby. I have Xanax but won’t take that pregnant. I currently do yoga, and try to do activities to keep me distracted but it doesn’t always help. Is anyone else in the same boat? What do you do?
