Blood in bile ?

31 weeks pregnant I threw up just bile this morning and there was like a noticeable string of blood in it .. should I be worried ?

I did with my son, turns out I ripped the lining of my esophagus. My midwife said you shouldn’t worry unless it’s dark or old blood. If it’s bright red its usually from throwing up or dry heaving for a long period of time.

I had Hypermesis, so I threw up very frequently. So many times I went to the hospital for fluids and would end up throwing up one of those big pans they give you full of blood. I had bloody bile the day I delivered, as well. I was told that it's normal, and that I probably pulled something in my throat from dtrakninf so hard.
