Help soo confused

So at the beginning of November I stopped taking birthcontrol my so and I decided it was time at the beginning of December I got my period and was normal on December 30 it was suppose to start and hasn’t yet I have had some minor cramps and some soreness in my boobs I tested with clear blue weeks indicator one on January 3 and came back negative I took a first response test this morning and came back negative as well any advice or looking for someone to talk to
