Is it normal to have cramps during your first month of pregnancy?

Yes.... you will most likely have some kind of cramping through most of your pregnancy. There is a lot happening and moving.   My doctor said there was No need to be concerned unless it’s worse than your worst period pain and is accompanied by heavy bleeding (filling a pad an hour)

I had HORRIBLE cramping the first 7ish weeks. I already have bad period cramps, and this was up there or above on the pain scale. I’m currently 26 weeks along and baby boy is doing very well. Just keep an eye out for spotting. I used my heating pad and hot baths a lot during that cramping. And because I know lots of ladies will say that isn’t safe, I did it with the approval of my doctor. It helped a ton.
