can someone explain what braxton hicks are?
Recently I've been getting tightness around the belly, cramping below the belly as if it was period cramp. sharp kicks as well as the baby is constantly moving. When I sit up or lie down one side of the belly is in an awkward shape as if the baby is sticking her bum or head out and it's really tight.
is this Braxton hicks?
