I know it's a dumb question but I have to to ask.
Should I be worried that I didn't wash a cucumber long enough. I wanted a late night snack and chopped up a cucumber with lime and tajin.Things is I maybe washed the cucumber for about 3 to 5 seconds. After I was done eating it I had this bitter after taste in my mouth that I've never had before, so maybe I'm overreacting or something.
