Stomach cramps at 31 weeks?

So I’m 31 weeks and my stomach has been hurting off and on for a few days now and I’m having diarrhea/more bm. I already lost my mucous plug too. Does this mean labor could be near? I’m really hoping not cuz I don’t want to have him this early :(

stay hydrated and rest on bed... if your cramps get more intense or any bleeding should go ASAP to the er... hope everything is OK..

Your mucus plug regenerates itself when you lose pieces. And it sounds like you may be experiencing Braxton hicks ( practice contractions). They are normal at this stage of pregnancy. Do you notice that the pain goes away when you change positions? If so it could be what your experiencing. I would still mention your symptoms to your OB or midwife though. ✌🏻
