Can anyone tell me what this is on my foot? It hurts a little when i step with a lot of pressure. It’s spread gradually over the last few months.

you have a lot of plantar warts. you need to get them frozen or dug out. they have roots that grow deeper and deeper into your foot. Mine got so deep that I had to have surgery.

Those are definitely planters warts. You can get treatments at any drug store but you’ve waited so long you may want to see a doctor about burning them off. They are contagious so keep socks on and don’t share any footwear.

plantar warts. I had some and I got the wart freezer and froze the ever loving shit out of them and I kept the wart remover on there with Band-Aids. I soaked my feet a lot and I ended up getting like little black seed looking things and once I dug those bad boys out I healed up. I also used a pumice stone on them cause I'm brutal like that.

Well I’m sure you already know itsa wart but I have a similar one in my foot that I’ve had for 7 months or so and it just keeps getting worse and more painful, I suggest going to the doctor to get it burned off before it gets worse

put apple cider vinegar on some cotton balls and duct tape them on. in about 5 days they should be gone. I had them bad and couldn't figure out what to do. I tried everything from freezing them to taking tweezers and pulling them out (don't do it, it's very painful and will bleed).

Planters warts. They can get painful if not treated. They have roots that grow deep into your foot. They can either be frozen or cut out. I have had them twice. The first time I let them get really bad to where I could barely walk. The doctor had to cut it out. It hurt like a bitch. lol The second time I had it, I treated it myself (using clippers to it them as deep as I could a couple of times a week, then using Dr Freeze after I cut them, it sounds painful, but wasnt). Finally after a year of doing that a couple times a week, it went away on its own. Took forever, but it kept me from having to go to the Dr and going through that crazy pain again. To put your mind at ease, you really have to ignore them for a long time before it starts getting as painful as my first one did. Anyways, good luck!
