Did you (or do you) dye(d) your hair while pregnant ?

My dr said it’s ok for me to dye my hair, but I’m still kinda scared. Opinions? Thanks 🙏🏻

Go to a professional salon and don't use the at home box colours. That's what I've been told.

Providing it is a well ventilated area you can dye your hair. I got my husband to help me dye mine and went half red and half blue. This was 5 months ago and the dye is still there and came out very well

My gal doesn’t use ammonia dyes so I still color my hair

I’m a cosmetologist , it is okay for you to color your hair but your body changes throughout pregnancy and it is true that color may not stick to the hair. If you do decide to go through with it make sure your in a vented place so your not breathing in all the chemicals

Idk how true this is but ive heard from many people that  if you dye your hair while pregnant the color might not stick or come out the way you want it to due to the hormones(or something like that).     I’ve been wanting to dye my hair but if it’s true I dont want to wait the money.
