Has anyone suffered from a threatened miscarriage and was there anything you did to help prevent losing your baby? I’m 11 weeks 5 days and I went to the ER and they said I have a small hemorrhage, but baby’s heart rate was 160/164 and was wiggling and moving around so the baby looks fine for now just have some slight bleeding. I know whatever happens will happen, but just wondering if you ladies took any specific precautions. TIA! This is my third pregnancy, the other 2 ended in miscarriage so I’m trying not to worry too much, but its very hard not to.
