Black spots and dry skin on head?

My LO has come out wth what looks like dry skin on his head, and also some small black spots on the front of his head and forehead that almost looks like someone's dotted him with a biro! Any ideas? I'm guessing the scaly scalp is the beginnings of cradle cap- any advice how to treat it if it is?
Also as a side question- he's 13w and his head is still pretty lumpy and misshapen. When will this settle into a 'normal' shape?

Wash with a soft bristle baby brush and then use Honest Company Oil after to hydrate the skin. This is what worked for my daughter at around the same age when she had cradle cap.

It might not be cradle cap my daughter got what I thought was but it was just her shedding skin😂😂 but if it is get a little bit of baby oil on his head massage it in and then brush it you’ll have to do it a few times but it works!! Other than the dots could it be kind of like milk bumps? My daughter has two black ones on top of hers and I still don’t know what it is

Not sure about black spots. Maybe they’re moles? I used aveeno on my son’s cradle cap and washed his hair every two days with Aveeno soap. I wouldn’t worry about the black spots unless they come off and keep reappearing. My son has random dark marks that appear on his skin once they appear they never disappear. Not sure if his skin is getting darker and they’re showing more but he’s Hispanic so he’s VERY fair skinned. I’m sure it’s normal
