endometrial hyperplasia?

Question

I went for a ultrasound last week and got my results back that my ovaries and Fallopian tubes are normal and clear ... no free fluid anywhere not even cyst on ovaries. ... however my family Dr who ordered it said she is a bit concerned with that endometrial lining of the uterus is measure 18mm too thick... anybody want to shed some light on this? or anyone know or have this ever? can you ever have babies? ::( #TTC #1

I had a d&c; march 1 2018 and my lining was 27mm thick. Heres a little story about me and a update. 
Back in 2009 I had precancerous cells (complex hyperplasia with atypia)which is 1 stage from endometrial cancer.  This means i have lots of estrogen and not enough progesterone to balance out for me to have my period normally. Now after the d&c; 2 weeks ago I have a less serious but still serious of complex hyperplasia without atypia (non cancerous, NO CANCER! Praise the lord!!!) Now for the next 5-6 months the doctor wants me to be on provera to help make it go away. Apparently me losing weight on #keto its been starting to go down. My lining was so thick it was nearly closed. After these next few months of hormonal therapy I will have another biopsy to make sure things are going as planned. If this helps which I pray it does we can get pregnant. She says I have 5-6 months trying on my own before anything else. If I go back and have the biopsy done and its still the same or anything then I will go on the Mirena (iud birth control) for 6 months for direct hormone therapy straight to the uterus. There for pregnancy will be on hold. Im so glad for this new doctor to be thorough to explain everything and in detail. I have been ttcing for 14 years

my best friend was diagnosed with endometriosis back when we were in high school 8 years ago. they told her she wouldnt be able to have kids as the older she gets but she was only a freshman in high school when they told her. Last year she had her first child and is currently pregnant with her second.

Hi Kadlyn, just to briefy describe my situation... polyps were found during my ultrasound. I had the polyps removed during hysteroscopy and D&C.; Results from polyp and endometrial sample came back as stage 1 endometrial cancer. Because of my desire to have a family (TTC#1) and that its very early cancer they said I could do progesterone treatment for 1 year in the form of Mirena IUD. About 6 weeks later I had another hysteroscopy and D&C; while they put the Mirena in and my samples came back better, this time I was diagnosed with complex hyperplasia without atypia (pre-cancer). In February it will be 6 months with this Mirena so I'll have another D&C; to take more samples and to replace my Mirena. I think the plan is that if it clears up or if it has stabilised for a period of 6 months or more I can then try for a baby. If this is the case they have urged me to have IVF straight away to avoid it growing back. I never knew how thick my lining was to begin with but I had an another ultrasound about 2 months ago which showed my lining was at 3mm (CD11).
