could this help me get pregnant
me and my husband have been married almost 2 years on Feb 28 I took my Mirena out a week before we got married and we have been trying since then with no luck and it hurts so bad because it hasn't happened but I started taking prenatal vitamins as soon as I came off my period and have not miss a day talking them could this help my chances?
